Refund policy
Returns
We accept returns within 14 days of receiving your item.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it — unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs. Returns must be sent to the following address:

Once we receive the returned item, we will issue a refund to your original payment method.
Items sent back to us without first contacting us will not be accepted.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you received the wrong item. We’ll evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
For hygiene and safety reasons, certain items cannot be returned, including perfumes and scented candles (as they are considered flammable or for personal use). If you're unsure whether your item is eligible for return, feel free to contact us — we're happy to help.
Exchanges
We do not offer exchanges. The fastest way to get the item you want is to return your original item and place a new order separately.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return and let you know whether the refund has been approved. If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please note it may take additional time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
If more than 15 business days have passed since your return was approved and you haven’t received your refund, please contact us at contact@mistparis.com.
